CSA Package Manager – Data Centre Construction

About the role

We are seeking an experienced CSA Package Manager to lead the delivery of construction, safety and assurance (CSA) packages for mission‑critical data centre projects across Europe. The role involves close collaboration with site teams, clients and subcontractors to ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead delivery of CSA packages from construction through to completion.
• Coordinate with site teams, clients and subcontractors to ensure safety, programme adherence and quality.
• Manage documentation, reporting and compliance for mission‑critical facilities.
• Oversee risk management and issue resolution throughout the project lifecycle.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering complex construction projects in data centres, pharmaceutical, industrial or large commercial sectors.
• Strong understanding of mission‑critical facility requirements and regulatory standards.
• Ability to work across multiple European locations (Germany, Belgium, Ireland, UK).
