CRM Specialist

About the role

As a CRM Specialist within Chanel’s Fragrance & Beauty team for Benelux & Scandinavia, you will leverage client data to shape CRM strategy, conduct deep analyses, and execute data‑driven marketing campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Own client data analysis, building and maintaining regular reporting and dashboards using PowerBI, Imagino and Salesforce.
• Identify trends, anomalies and opportunities in client data and translate them into clear, actionable recommendations.
• Plan and manage the EDM campaign calendar, coordinate print marketing initiatives, and ensure accurate EDM validation and reporting.
• Build targeted client lists for personalized communications and oversee loyalty programme monitoring and improvement.
• Act as the primary liaison with the Customer Care Centre for all fragrance & beauty CRM topics.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, Statistics or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in a CRM, data analytics or data‑driven marketing role.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to work autonomously on complex datasets.
• Excellent communication skills in English, French and Dutch.
• Detail‑oriented, highly organized and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience in retail, FMCG or luxury sectors is a plus.
