CRM Project Manager – Delivery Team Lead

About the role

TechOhana’s partner, a fast‑growing CRM consultancy in Belgium, is looking for a Project Manager to lead its delivery team in Antwerp. You will oversee end‑to‑end CRM implementations, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget.

Key responsibilities

• Lead CRM implementation projects from initiation through delivery, managing scope, budget and timeline across multiple concurrent engagements.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, coordinating functional and technical consultants.
• Proactively identify and mitigate risks, and provide regular progress reports to stakeholders.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing IT or software implementation projects, preferably with Salesforce, Dynamics 365 CE or Odoo.
• Hands‑on background before moving into a project‑management role.
• Ability to manage several projects simultaneously.
• Fluent in Dutch with strong working English.
