About the role

We are a leading global online delivery platform seeking a Courier Performance Lead for Belgium. The role will design and execute the end‑to‑end courier lifecycle strategy, balancing operational efficiency with strong labor relations to drive commercial success.

Key responsibilities

• Translate the country’s overarching strategy into a tactical Courier Lifecycle Roadmap to scale and engage the fleet.
• Lead national and global project deployments in close collaboration with Centers of Excellence.
• Oversee complex disciplinary and performance‑management cases in strict alignment with local labor legislation.
• Lead the Monthly Business Review process for the courier domain, using predictive analytics to provide forward‑looking insights.
• Serve as a strategic partner on industrial relations, managing union and works‑council dynamics.
• Manage emergency local operations, including severe‑weather closures and accident response coordination.
• Drive workforce planning, professional development, and team dynamics within the courier performance team.

Required profile

• Strong analytical storytelling ability to translate complex data into clear narratives for senior stakeholders.
• Proven leadership experience working with offshore Shared Service Centers and global specialist teams.
• Solid experience navigating complex employment models, labor regulations, and industrial‑relations environments.
• Track record of guiding operational teams through rapid organizational changes with clear communication.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills to influence internal leaders and external partners.
• Commitment to nurturing team dynamics and driving professional development.
