Courier Performance Lead – Belgium

About the role

We are a leading global online delivery platform seeking a Courier Performance Lead to shape the end‑to‑end courier lifecycle in Belgium. You will translate the country strategy into a tactical roadmap, lead a specialized team, and ensure operational efficiency while maintaining strong labour relations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a Courier Lifecycle Roadmap to scale and engage the fleet.
• Lead national and global project deployments in partnership with Centres of Excellence.
• Oversee disciplinary and performance‑management cases in line with Belgian labour legislation.
• Drive the Monthly Business Review process using predictive analytics.
• Act as a strategic partner on industrial relations, managing union and works‑council dynamics.
• Coordinate emergency operations, including severe‑weather closures and accident response.

Required profile

• Strong analytical storytelling ability to convey data‑driven insights to senior stakeholders.
• Proven leadership experience with offshore Shared Service Centers and global specialist teams.
• Deep knowledge of complex employment models, labour regulations, and industrial‑relations environments.
• Track record of guiding operational teams through rapid organisational change.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills for influencing internal and external partners.
• Commitment to team development, workforce planning, and professional growth.
