Courier Performance Lead – Belgium

About the role

We are a leading global online delivery platform seeking a Courier Performance Lead for Belgium. You will shape the end‑to‑end courier lifecycle, translating the country strategy into a tactical roadmap that scales and engages our fleet.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement the Courier Lifecycle Roadmap to drive operational efficiency and commercial success.
• Lead national and global project deployments in partnership with Scoober Centres of Excellence.
• Oversee disciplinary and performance management cases in line with Belgian labour legislation.
• Run the Monthly Business Review for the courier domain, using predictive analytics to provide forward‑looking insights.
• Act as a strategic partner on industrial relations, managing union and works council dynamics.
• Coordinate emergency operations, including severe weather closures and accident response.

Required profile

• Proven leadership experience with offshore Shared Service Centers and global specialist teams.
• Strong background in navigating complex employment models and labour regulations.
• Demonstrated ability to guide operational teams through rapid organisational change.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills for influencing internal and external partners.
• Commitment to team development, workforce planning and professional growth.
