Country Manager Benelux

About the role

Driiveme, Europe’s leading digital platform for automotive logistics, is seeking a Country Manager for the Benelux region. Reporting to the executive leadership team, you will be responsible for commercial development, operational performance, and market expansion across Belgium, the Netherlands, and Luxembourg.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the commercial strategy for the Benelux market, driving revenue growth and market share.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities with manufacturers, leasing firms, rental companies, dealer networks, fleet operators, and remarketing specialists.
• Own the Benelux P&L, managing revenue, gross margin, and profitability.
• Build and nurture strategic partnerships, negotiating high‑value agreements.
• Ensure operational excellence, monitor KPIs, and improve service quality.
• Recruit, coach, and develop high‑performing local teams, fostering a culture of ownership and collaboration.
• Provide market insights to influence product development and platform evolution.
• Represent Driiveme at industry events, with customers, partners, and public stakeholders.

Required profile

• Entrepreneurial leader with proven experience scaling businesses in fast‑growing scale‑up environments.
• Strong track record in B2B sales, commercial strategy, and partnership development within the automotive or logistics sectors.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high‑performing teams.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a results‑oriented mindset.
