Counter Manager – Luxury Beauty Retail

About the role

Join Dior’s House of Dreams as a Counter Manager in Antwerp, leading a luxury beauty counter that embodies the brand’s vision of joy, elegance, and inclusivity. You will be responsible for driving sales, delivering an exceptional client experience, and ensuring flawless daily operations.

Key responsibilities

• Set sales objectives, monitor KPIs and implement action plans to exceed targets.
• Lead, inspire and develop a high‑performing team, fostering Dior’s values and a customer‑centric culture.
• Provide personalized luxury consultations, building strong relationships with clients.
• Oversee daily counter operations, including stock management, visual merchandising, reporting and compliance with brand standards.
• Recruit, coach and retain talent, promoting a collaborative and results‑driven environment.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in luxury retail, beauty or cosmetics management.
• Fluent in Dutch, English and French.
• Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Alignment with Dior’s values of creativity, audacity, joy, inclusivity and excellence.
