Corporate Travel Counselor – Pharma Specialist

About the role

As a Corporate Travel Counselor for the pharma segment at Amex GBT, you will deliver high‑touch, personalized travel services to corporate clients. You will work Monday‑Friday, 9 am‑5:30 pm CET, supporting both domestic and international itineraries.

Key responsibilities

• Advise and arrange travel for individual and group corporate customers, focusing on pharma clients.
• Conduct analysis of travel options and proactively anticipate traveler needs to upsell services.
• Book air, road, rail, and accommodation using Global Distribution Systems (Sabre, Apollo, Galileo, Amadeus).
• Ensure compliance with client travel policies, service provider rules, and regulatory requirements.
• Handle special requests and resolve issues via professional telephone service.
• Collaborate with team members to coach, mentor, and improve service levels.

Required profile

• Passion for excellence in client service and proactive anticipation of needs.
• Strong understanding of the travel industry, especially business travel.
• Professional written and verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to act with integrity regarding traveler information.
• Preferably fluent in French.
• Team‑oriented mindset with openness to feedback.

Required skills

• Expertise in GDS platforms: Sabre, Apollo, Galileo, Amadeus.
