Corporate Legal Officer – Client Legal Administrator

About the role

As a Corporate Officer Legal (Client Legal Administrator) you will join CSC’s international legal services team in Brussels. You will support a diverse portfolio of corporate and private clients, ensuring compliance with legal, regulatory and fiscal requirements while delivering high‑quality advisory services.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse and interpret legal, regulatory and fiscal documentation for corporate and private client structures.
• Support the design, implementation and ongoing management of integrated corporate and private legal solutions.
• Maintain direct relationships with clients and prospects in Belgium and abroad, coordinating with lawyers, notaries and banks.
• Advise on the set‑up, optimisation and maintenance of legal structures in line with regulatory requirements and commercial objectives.
• Contribute to CSC’s reputation as a proactive and trusted provider of corporate services.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law or Business Management with a legal focus.
• Experience in financial services, corporate law, tax advisory, trust environments or similar fields.
• Fluent in Dutch and/or French with strong written and spoken English.
• Highly organised, detail‑oriented, discreet and able to work independently.
• Proactive, adaptable and committed to delivering high‑quality results.

• Competitive salary range €50,000 – €60,000 gross per year.
