Corporate Customer Service Officer – Interim (6 months)

About the role

We are seeking a rigorous and analytical Corporate Customer Service Officer for a six‑month interim assignment within a leading international bank in Brussels. The role reports to the Customer Account Relations & Support Supervisor and combines client‑facing duties with compliance and corporate law responsibilities.

Key responsibilities

• Manage KYC (Know Your Customer) and AML (Anti‑Money Laundering) procedures for new corporate accounts.
• Analyse official corporate documents such as statutes, powers of attorney and delegations of power.
• Oversee opening and closing of current accounts and keep client profiles up‑to‑date, including signatures and company data.
• Prepare and submit regulatory reports to authorities (NBB/BNB, FSMA, SOA) and liaise with internal departments (ICT, Compliance, AMCO).
• Perform system controls by checking client profiles and access levels in the HBS platform.

Required profile

• Minimum bachelor’s degree.
• Good understanding of corporate law and legal jurisprudence.
• Fluent English and Italian; good working knowledge of French.
• Conscientious, precise, well‑organized and able to work autonomously while communicating effectively.
