Corporate Communications Manager

About the role

The European Travel Commission is seeking a Corporate Communications Manager to lead its corporate communications and support the delivery of its advocacy programme. You will act as the bridge between strategic objectives and day‑to‑day execution, ensuring coherent B2B messaging across media, digital channels and stakeholder events at the EU level.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, coordinate and update the annual corporate communications plan.
• Manage external B2B communications, including media relations, press releases, interview coordination and oversight of the PR agency.
• Plan and operate B2B social media (LinkedIn) and report on performance.
• Maintain and update the corporate website and press centre, coordinating any website developments.
• Create internal communications for members, such as monthly newsletters and the Annual Report.
• Prepare speaking points, presentations and visual materials for leadership appearances.
• Support the advocacy programme through research, stakeholder mapping, policy briefings and event organisation.
• Recruit and supervise a Corporate Communications Trainee.

Required profile

• Proven experience in corporate communications, media relations and stakeholder engagement.
• Strong understanding of EU‑level advocacy and tourism sector dynamics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines and work collaboratively with internal and external partners.
