Cooling System Designer

About the role

Join a team of 12 electrical and cooling designers and engineers to design cooling systems for Proton Therapy, industrial and RadioPharma solutions. You will create and maintain documentation for complex installations such as Proteus One, which requires over 300 kW of cooling distributed across cabinets, magnets and coils.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct feasibility studies, concept development, detailed design, reviews and specification of cooling, pneumatic and fluid systems.
• Define piping and fitting lists, create and update drawings and specifications.
• Correct and improve existing designs, and produce product documentation.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver upgrades and new features.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Strong communication skills in English; French is a plus.
• Proactive, autonomous, structured and team‑oriented.

Required skills

• Design of complex projects, preferably using Eplan.
• Knowledge of equipment such as motors, heat exchangers and valves.
• Understanding of safety standards IEC/EN 60204 or equivalent.
