Controller – Executive Committee SPOC – Mobility – Brussels

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Controller to join a leading international vehicle and transport solutions manufacturer focused on sustainable, electric mobility. Reporting directly to the CFO, you will act as the single point of contact for the Executive Committee, turning financial data into actionable decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver financial analyses and build robust business cases to support strategic decisions.
• Coordinate budgets, forecasts and reporting across multiple functions.
• Run monthly closings in line with group consolidation standards.
• Analyze margins, cost structures and KPIs to identify risks and opportunities early.
• Serve as SPOC for the Executive Committee, translating numbers into concrete recommendations.
• Strengthen internal control procedures and drive continuous process improvement.

Required profile

• Master's degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field.
• 8 to 15 years of experience in management control, internal or external audit.
• Fluency in French, English and/or Dutch.
• Experience with SAP and Power BI is required; change‑management experience is a plus.
