Contract Manager (Legal & Compliance)

About the role

The Contract Manager will oversee the full lifecycle of service agreements for a major client in Brussels, ensuring all contractual obligations are met and disputes are resolved efficiently. This senior position requires deep legal knowledge and the ability to coordinate with multiple internal and external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the agreement, including contractual obligations, amendments, and dispute resolution.
• Report on compliance with all contractual terms and monitor performance against Service Level Agreements.
• Support the client in disputes involving their suppliers and the service provider, providing reasonable assistance as required.
• Maintain accurate records of contract changes, change requests, and related documentation.

Required profile

• 15‑20 years of experience in legal contract management.
• Strong knowledge of contract law and contract structures such as Statements of Work, Master Service Agreements, SLAs, and Change Requests.
• Proven ability to work in complex, multi‑stakeholder environments.
• Experience collaborating with customer contract management teams.
• Familiarity with data protection regulations (GDPR, DPIA) and basic information‑security standards (ISO 27001, SOC controls) is a plus.
