Continuous Improvement Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a Continuous Improvement Engineer to drive efficiency and effectiveness across our production operations. In this role you will analyze processes, lead improvement initiatives, and foster a culture of ongoing optimization.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze existing processes, conduct root cause analyses and identify structural improvement opportunities.
• Detect process disruptions and bottlenecks, developing and implementing appropriate solutions.
• Collect and interpret operational data to uncover trends, deviations and areas for enhancement.
• Coach and guide cross‑functional teams in executing improvement projects and adopting continuous‑improvement mindsets.
• Participate in the rollout of new technologies and automation aimed at process optimization.
• Facilitate collaboration between departments, acting as a liaison to ensure alignment.
• Prepare clear reports and present project progress and results to stakeholders.
• Provide temporary production leadership in the absence of managers.

Required profile

• Proven experience applying Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen or similar methodologies.
• Track record of leading improvement projects in a production or operational environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with a proactive, problem‑solving approach.
• Team‑player capable of strategic thinking and hands‑on execution.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to drive change across teams.
