Content Specialist – Kitchen Appliances (EMEA)

About the role

As a Content Specialist for KitchenAid in the EMEA region, you will bring our small domestic appliances to life across digital channels. You will manage content workflows, collaborate with external agencies, and create engaging multimedia assets that inspire makers throughout the region.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and update digital content for coffee, tea, breakfast and kitchenware product lines.
• Develop post‑purchase materials and oversee consumer reviews to enhance user experience and brand trust.
• Produce video edits and motion‑graphics assets for digital platforms.
• Implement on‑page and technical SEO to improve content visibility and platform performance.
• Set KPIs, monitor engagement metrics and track overall content performance.
• Coordinate localisation, workflow and creative deliverables with external partners such as Flixmedia, RWS and Stojan+Voumard.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in content creation, digital marketing or a related field.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Self‑directed, proactive and capable of making informed decisions independently.
• Fluent in written English; additional EMEA language is a strong plus.
