Consultant – Treasury & Risk (Senior Associate)

About the role

We are seeking a Consultant to reinforce PwC’s Treasury and Risk Consulting Team in Belgium. The role focuses on Treasury Technology Transformation, Cash & Liquidity Management and Treasury Transaction Support, working with clients on complex treasury challenges.

Key responsibilities

• Provide strategic, operational and process advice on treasury matters and support clients with complex issues.
• Take ownership of project tasks, continuously improving ways of working and delivery quality.
• Coach and supervise junior staff throughout engagements.
• Lead business development initiatives to grow PwC’s treasury consulting market position.

Required profile

• 1‑5 years of relevant experience in corporate treasury, cash‑management banks or system vendors.
• Strong understanding of at least one core service offering (Treasury Technology Transformation, Cash & Liquidity Management, or Treasury Transaction Support).
• Passion for finance innovation such as blockchain, RPA or AI.
• Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills.
• Fluent English; Dutch and/or French preferred.
• Willingness to travel and work on international assignments.
