Consultant – Healthcare & Life Sciences

About the role

We are looking for a Consultant to join Brunswick’s Brussels office in Autumn 2026, supporting clients across the healthcare and life‑sciences ecosystem. The role combines public‑affairs research, policy analysis and strategic communications to help pharmaceutical, biotech, med‑tech and research organisations navigate EU‑wide regulatory and reputational challenges.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct media, political, regulatory and market monitoring and produce insightful analysis with actionable recommendations.
• Draft, edit and manage client deliverables such as briefing notes, position papers, stakeholder maps and communication plans.
• Support stakeholder engagement activities, including coalition building, issue management and media outreach.
• Collaborate with Brunswick’s public‑affairs, crisis, digital and communications teams to deliver integrated advisory programmes.
• Contribute to disease‑awareness campaigns and other client‑focused initiatives.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of experience in healthcare, life‑sciences, public affairs or strategic communications.
• Strong interest in policy and market dynamics affecting the EU health sector.
• Excellent analytical, writing and attention‑to‑detail skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a client‑focused, multidisciplinary environment.
