Construction Project Manager

About the role

The Construction Project Manager will lead the planning, coordination and execution of a renovation and fit‑out project for temporary offices. The role covers the full project lifecycle from site preparation to hand‑over, ensuring quality, safety, budget and schedule are met.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse plans, specifications and contracts; develop execution strategy and site planning.
• Prepare detailed schedules, supervise contractors, subcontractors and suppliers, and lead site meetings.
• Coordinate structural, technical and logistical disciplines; manage site logistics and access.
• Develop and execute move‑in strategy, align with users, facility management and IT, and oversee the day‑of move.
• Control budgets, monitor costs, validate invoices, manage variations and report deviations.
• Supervise quality controls, inspections and punch‑list management.
• Monitor progress against schedule, resolve delays and report to stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental and regulatory requirements.
• Act as primary on‑site contact for clients, contractors and authorities; manage hand‑over documentation.
