Construction Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Construction Manager to lead the renovation and fit‑out of temporary office locations. The role will oversee the full project lifecycle, from site preparation through to move‑in and final handover, ensuring quality, budget compliance and safety.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze plans and contract documents to develop execution strategies and site planning.
• Supervise contractors and suppliers while leading site meetings to coordinate structural and technical disciplines.
• Manage the move strategy and planning, ensuring alignment with internal facility and IT departments.
• Control project budgets, validate progress statements, and report deviations to management.
• Oversee quality management through regular inspections and punch‑list follow‑ups.
• Coordinate provisional and final handovers, including review of as‑built documentation.

Required profile

• Relevant experience in construction management, specifically within renovation and fit‑out projects.
• Technical knowledge of construction and technical installations.
• Strong organizational skills for detailed planning, phasing, and site logistics.
• Proficiency in budget control and progress monitoring to ensure project delivery.
• Proactive, solution‑oriented approach to identifying and mitigating risks.
• Knowledge of safety standards and regulatory compliance.
