Construction Manager – Data Centre Projects

About the role

The client, an international technical and engineering construction specialist, is seeking a Construction Manager to lead civil, structural and architectural works on a data centre project in Belgium. You will oversee the site, ensure safety and quality standards, and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the construction site holistically, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Maintain effective communication with clients, project management, engineers, site staff, and other stakeholders.
• Prepare, lead, or attend site meetings and proactively disseminate information.
• Plan, organise, and supervise construction projects using Lean management methodology.
• Identify project stages and establish detailed schedules for construction work.
• Ensure compliance with deadlines and budgets.

Required profile

• At least 5 years of experience in a similar construction management role.
• Degree in Construction Management or Civil/Structural Engineering.
• Proven experience managing civil, structural, and architectural works on data centres or complex construction projects.
• Excellent communication skills in English; French or Dutch language skills are an advantage.
• Right to live and work in the EU.
