Construction Manager – Data Centre Projects (CSA & MEP)

About the role

We are seeking a hands‑on Construction Manager / Site Manager to lead daily operations on large‑scale data centre projects in Belgium. You will be responsible for delivering high‑quality, safe, and on‑schedule construction packages within a fast‑paced, mission‑critical environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate daily on‑site activities for either CSA (Civil, Structural & Architectural) or MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing) packages.
• Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure seamless execution.
• Maintain full HSE compliance and promote a strong safety culture.
• Monitor programme progress, productivity, and risk, taking corrective actions early.
• Oversee quality control, inspections, and documentation.
• Facilitate and lead coordination meetings with clients, designers, and internal stakeholders.
• Support commissioning and handover activities for the assigned package.
• Maintain accurate site records and regular reporting.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing large‑scale construction sites, preferably in data centre or mission‑critical projects.
• Strong leadership and coordination abilities in complex, high‑tech environments.
• Commitment to safety, quality, and programme delivery.
