Construction Contract Manager (French)

About the role

The Construction Contract Manager (French) will lead the execution of infrastructure works in Brussels, ensuring full compliance with contractual specifications and safety standards. Reporting to senior management, you will coordinate multiple contractors, oversee site activities, and guarantee timely, budget‑conscious delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Lead construction contract and supervise works on sites in Brussels.
• Monitor planning, budget, quality and safety compliance.
• Coordinate and supervise contractors to achieve timely delivery.
• Ensure technical specifications are met until final acceptance.
• Maintain safety of personnel and railway traffic during construction.
• Manage activities in a multi‑technical environment across several disciplines.
• Oversee complex sites autonomously or multiple simpler sites simultaneously.
• Support senior Construction Contract Manager on larger projects when needed.

Required profile

• Engineering degree.
• 5–9 years of experience in construction site supervision.
• Experience in civil engineering, catenary, signalling or track works.
• Ability to work autonomously on complex sites or coordinate multiple sites.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Good knowledge of public procurement legislation and contractual frameworks.
• Fluent French and able to work on projects based in Ottignies.
