Consolidation and Reporting Controller

About the role

Within SD Worx's Finance Division, the Consolidation, IFRS and (Internal) Controls team delivers reliable internal and external financial information, strengthens internal finance controls and supports the Group's compliance with IFRS. As Consolidation and Reporting Controller, you report to the Consolidation Manager and work alongside experienced colleagues. The position is based in Antwerp and offered on a hybrid basis.

Key responsibilities

• Support the monthly consolidation and reporting process, including reviewing reported figures for consistency and helping resolve intercompany reconciliation differences.
• Support the maintenance and further development of consolidation tools.
• Help monitor the Group's compliance with IFRS while developing practical IFRS knowledge through hands-on experience and training.
• Support the preparation and updating of Group finance policies and assist with periodic compliance reviews.
• Prepare financial analyses and presentations that support management decision-making.
• Work closely with finance colleagues across the Group, gradually building the expertise to support them on consolidation, reporting and finance topics.

Required profile

• Around 3 years of experience in external audit or a similar financial accounting role; previous exposure to consolidation is an advantage.
• Basic understanding of IFRS and interest in developing practical knowledge.
• Interest in financial processes, risks and internal controls, ideally gained through audit experience.
• Comfortable working with finance teams across different countries.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in Dutch and English.

Required skills

• Good Excel skills, with motivation to develop them further.
• Interest in finance tools and consolidation software; experience with Tagetik is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
