Communications & Marketing Manager, Global Water & Environment

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Communications & Marketing Manager to lead the global Water & Environment sector within our Infrastructure & Energy business line. You will shape and execute the communications and marketing strategy, aligning it with the group’s brand and business objectives while supporting CSR, ESG, and sustainability initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and execute strategic communication and marketing initiatives on a global scale.
• Generate content and campaigns that drive client acquisition and retention.
• Align all activities with global brand and business strategies.
• Develop innovative campaigns and communication programmes.
• Support CSR, ESG, and sustainability‑focused projects.
• Manage stakeholder engagement across internal and external audiences.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high‑performing communications and marketing team.
• Design and refine processes to meet evolving client and business needs.
• Deliver high‑quality outcomes in a fast‑paced environment with competing priorities.

Required skills

• Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications, Business Management or a related discipline.
• Minimum 6 years’ experience in a senior communications or marketing leadership role.
• Deep understanding of contemporary marketing and communication principles.
• Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to manage time, organise work and meet objectives independently.
• Experience with CRM platforms and marketing automation processes.
