Communications Intern – Remote (Part‑time/Full‑time)

About the role

Culture Solutions is seeking a motivated Communications Intern to support its community‑building and outreach activities. The position can be undertaken part‑time (minimum 4 hours/week) or full‑time and is performed remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Design, plan, publish and promote social‑media content across LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook and Instagram.
• Grow and monitor the organisation’s online community, fostering engagement and brand awareness.
• Create audio‑visual assets such as infographics, short videos and podcast episodes.
• Assist in editing newsletter and podcast materials in coordination with other teams.
• Contribute graphic design work for presentations, publications and other visual communications.
• Support internal communication to ensure smooth information flow.
• Help develop and refine the overall communications strategy.
• Optionally collaborate with research, fundraising, business development and training teams.

Required profile

• Strong interest in cultural and European affairs, especially EU international cultural relations.
• Passion for communications with relevant education or experience.
• Excellent written communication, collaboration and organisational abilities.
• High proficiency in English; additional languages (e.g., French) are a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with Canva for graphic creation.
• Proficiency in Audacity for audio editing.
• Familiarity with WordPress, newsletter management platforms and video‑editing tools.
