Communications Intern – Part‑time or Full‑time (Remote)

About the role

Culture Solutions is seeking a Communications Intern to support its Communications Coordinator in community‑building activities. The position can be undertaken part‑time (minimum 4 hours/week) or full‑time and is performed remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Design, plan, publish and promote social‑media content across LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook and Instagram.
• Grow and monitor the organisation’s online community and engage followers.
• Create audio‑visual materials such as infographics, short videos and podcast episodes.
• Assist in editing newsletter and podcast research materials.
• Contribute graphic designs for presentations, publications and other visual assets.
• Support internal communication to ensure smooth information flow.
• Help develop and refine the overall communications strategy.

Required profile

• Interest in cultural and European affairs, especially EU international cultural relations.
• Passion for communications with relevant education or experience.
• Strong collaboration, written communication and organisational abilities.
• High‑level English proficiency; additional languages such as French are a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with Canva for graphic creation.
• Familiarity with Audacity or similar audio editing tools.
• Knowledge of WordPress or other content‑management systems.
• Use of newsletter management platforms and basic video‑editing software.
