Communication & Content Architect

About the role

The Communication & Content Architect will translate business requirements into end‑to‑end architectural solutions that span digital and legacy systems. You will work closely with stakeholders to ensure the architecture aligns with enterprise strategy and supports long‑term scalability.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze and convert business needs into comprehensive architectural designs.
• Assess impact on existing landscape and define target architecture evolution.
• Design functional flows, system interactions, and business rules using UML and modeling tools.
• Collaborate with business owners, project managers, technical architects, and development teams to guarantee feasibility and consistency.
• Maintain architectural coherence, quality, scalability, and sustainability across transversal initiatives.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and contribute to road‑maps and project planning.
• Support orchestration of communication and content services across digital and legacy environments.
• Participate in architecture governance, alignment, and knowledge sharing.

Required profile

• Strong functional and solution architecture expertise in large‑scale, multi‑stakeholder IT environments.
• Deep understanding of legacy system integration and transformation.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Proactive, autonomous mindset with a collaborative, cross‑functional approach.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem‑solving skills.

Required skills

• Domain‑Driven Design (DDD) and API‑based architecture.
• Business Process Management (BPM) and orchestration concepts.
• Integration patterns: REST APIs, asynchronous messaging, event‑driven architecture.
• Enterprise architecture modeling: UML, ArchiMate (plus), architecture documentation tools.
• Cloud architecture experience, preferably Microsoft Azure, including trade‑off analysis.
