Commercial Manager – Data Centre Project

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Commercial Manager to lead the commercial side of a €100 million data centre project in Mons. You will be responsible for ensuring the project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead budget management, contract negotiations and risk assessment for the data centre project.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align commercial objectives with project deliverables.
• Implement and enforce robust commercial and contractual processes.
• Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, subcontractors and the client.
• Provide strategic guidance on procurement and vendor selection.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Commercial Manager on large‑scale construction projects, preferably in the data centre sector.
• Strong financial acumen and budget management skills.
• Excellent negotiation and contract management abilities.
• Leadership experience with cross‑functional teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Construction Management or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in construction.
