About the role
We are seeking a strategic, collaborative, and science‑driven Clinical Development Physician (Director) to join our Global Clinical Development team in Brussels. The role is responsible for the medical integrity and strategic direction of clinical development programs, ensuring alignment with current scientific knowledge and best practices.
Key responsibilities
- Lead medical strategy and execution for clinical development programs.
- Ensure scientific integrity across protocols, reports, and development plans.
- Provide medical oversight, monitoring, and benefit‑risk assessment.
- Contribute to regulatory submissions and interactions with global health authorities.
- Build and maintain relationships with investigators and external stakeholders.
- Represent the organization at scientific forums and conferences.
Required profile
- Medical Degree (M.D.) with active licensure or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years experience in a clinical or academic setting, or minimum 3 years experience in clinical development within the biopharmaceutical industry.
