Client Service Officer – Investor Onboarding & KYC

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Client Service Officer to join Kartesia’s Client & Product Solutions team. The role focuses on smooth investor onboarding, rigorous KYC compliance, and delivering high‑quality client service for our private‑equity and investment‑management portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end client onboarding, collecting and verifying all required documentation.
• Conduct thorough KYC and due‑diligence checks in line with regulatory standards, coordinating with third‑party administrators.
• Guide new investors through the onboarding journey, ensuring a seamless experience.
• Maintain accurate client records in systems such as Domos, CRM, and Central Admin.
• Provide ongoing support for investor reporting requests, including cash‑flow projections, capital call notices, LP reports, and account statements.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve onboarding issues promptly.
• Assist in preparing and distributing investor communications and ad‑hoc reports.
• Identify and implement process improvements for onboarding, KYC, and client service.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience managing Limited Partner onboarding and KYC processes, preferably in investment‑management or private‑equity.
• Strong communication skills and a client‑centric mindset.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM systems.
• Familiarity with client onboarding platforms.
• Knowledge of Domos or similar client management tools.
