Client Relationship Manager (Cosmetics Regulatory)

About the role

Biorius is looking for an ambitious Client Relationship Manager to drive growth in the cosmetics regulatory market. This position blends relationship management with a strong sales focus, requiring you to nurture existing accounts while actively hunting new business opportunities across global markets.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and expand a portfolio of cosmetic regulatory clients, ensuring high satisfaction and long‑term partnerships.
• Identify, prospect, and qualify new business opportunities within target regions.
• Own the full commercial cycle: proposal development, negotiation, and closing of deals.
• Develop and execute account growth strategies, including upselling and cross‑selling of services.
• Lead contract negotiations to secure mutually beneficial, revenue‑maximising agreements.
• Coordinate with internal regulatory experts to deliver tailored, high‑quality documentation on schedule.
• Represent Biorius at international trade shows, conferences and industry events to expand the network of high‑value contacts.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a commercially driven role, preferably with exposure to cosmetics or B2B environments.
• Strong commercial instinct with a proven ability to spot and act on growth opportunities.
• Excellent negotiation skills and a results‑oriented mindset.
• Fluent in both French and English (spoken and written); additional languages are a plus.
• Willingness to travel internationally for client meetings and events.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
• Experience using CRM systems.
