Client Relations Agent – Multilingual (Dutch, French, English)

About the role

As a Client Relations Agent you will represent Hermès, delivering a seamless omnichannel experience to customers across the Benelux‑Nordics region. Based in our Brussels headquarters, you will be the primary point of contact for enquiries received via email, telephone and digital platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries in French, Dutch and English through phone, email and chat.
• Provide detailed product information, availability, reservations and procedural guidance on purchases, returns and exchanges.
• Maintain high‑quality relationships with both end‑customers and Hermès stores, aligning with the brand’s service philosophy.
• Coordinate follow‑up actions with the relevant store to ensure timely resolution of requests.
• Document interactions accurately in the company’s CRM system.

Required profile

• Experience in hotel, retail or e‑commerce environments, preferably with an international clientele.
• Strong empathy, customer‑centric attitude and excellent verbal and written communication in French, Dutch and English.
• Organised, able to set priorities and work independently under pressure.
• Team‑player who values collaboration and can manage conflict effectively.
• Availability from February 2027 for the launch of the new Client Relations Center.
