Client Development & Events Director

About the role

The Client Development & Events Director will act as the brand ambassador for the Benelux, Nordics & Poland region, driving client loyalty and expanding the customer base. Reporting to senior leadership, you will shape and execute the client development strategy across all stores, ensuring a seamless, personalized experience for every client.

Key responsibilities

• Define and monitor client‑related objectives for each store in line with the brand vision.
• Establish best practices for personalized client interactions across all touchpoints.
• Train and support client‑facing teams to deliver tailored, exceptional experiences.
• Track and analyse KPIs related to client engagement, retention and CRM performance.
• Align CRM and client‑eling initiatives with broader omnichannel and digital strategies.
• Lead the Events and Communications team, creating flagship experiences, regional activations and exhibition programs.
• Manage event budgets, production standards and creative frameworks.
• Collaborate with merchandising, digital, IT and store teams to ensure cohesive client strategies.

Required profile

• Proven experience in client development, CRM and events management within a retail or luxury environment.
• Strong leadership and people‑management skills, capable of inspiring cross‑functional teams.
• Data‑driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
• Excellent communication skills and a client‑centric attitude.
