Key responsibilities

• Own and cultivate executive‑level relationships with strategic client stakeholders.
• Develop trusted advisor relationships with C‑suite and senior business leaders.
• Drive account growth through strategic planning and opportunity identification.
• Lead complex sales pursuits and contracting discussions.
• Orchestrate multidisciplinary teams across Consulting, Technology, Operations, Data & AI, Security, and Industry practices.
• Identify new market opportunities and help clients accelerate digital transformation agendas.
• Ensure successful delivery execution and client satisfaction across ongoing programs.
• Collaborate with industry leadership to shape account strategy and long‑term growth initiatives.
• Coach and mentor engagement teams while fostering a high‑performance culture.

Required profile

• Master’s degree or Bachelor’s degree with equivalent professional experience in Business, Engineering, Economics, Energy Management, IT, or related fields.
• 10+ years of experience in consulting, account management, business development, industry leadership, or client relationship management.
• Proven experience managing strategic accounts and executive stakeholder relationships.
• Experience within the Resources sector (Energy, Utilities, Chemicals, Mining, Natural Resources) is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth and complex transformation programs.
