About the role
Challenge Airlines (BE) S.A., a fast‑growing cargo airline based at Liège Airport, is seeking a Chief of Staff / Executive Coordinator to support the Accountable Manager. The role acts as a strategic facilitator and integrator, ensuring coherence, visibility and effective coordination across all operational functions.
Key responsibilities
- Support Ground Operations, Flight Operations, CAMO, GCC and Safety & Compliance through coordination, facilitation and structured follow‑up.
- Align departmental priorities with company objectives and regulatory frameworks without assuming line‑management responsibility.
- Facilitate consistent application of operational manuals and safety processes across departments.
- Provide consolidated oversight of workforce planning, helping managers anticipate capacity and competency needs.
- Drive review and harmonisation of operational processes to improve efficiency, reliability and safety.
- Coordinate cross‑functional initiatives such as performance improvement, digitalisation and regulatory evolution.
- Support the Accountable Manager with operational analysis, dashboards and decision‑support material.
- Act as the central operational interface between the Accountable Manager and department heads, ensuring clarity of priorities and decisions.
