Chief Information Security Officer

About the role

NVISO is seeking an experienced Chief Information Security Officer to lead the planning, organization, and execution of its internal security processes. The role will bridge business and technical teams, ensuring robust protection of the company’s infrastructure and applications while supporting the rapid growth of the consultancy.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end delivery of internal security operations, including planning, organizing, evaluating and continuously improving information security services, controls, policies and procedures.
• Define and maintain NVISO’s internal security roadmap, proposing enhancements, new investments and coordinating implementation.
• Monitor the organization’s security posture and enforce strong security hygiene at all times.
• Assess security implications of new business requirements, recommend mitigation actions and oversee their execution.
• Document, maintain and mature security processes, driving a continuous improvement action plan.

Required profile

• Proven experience in senior information security leadership, preferably as a CISO or equivalent.
• Strong understanding of security governance, risk management, compliance and privacy concepts.
• Ability to act as a liaison between business units and technical teams, translating requirements into actionable security measures.
• Enthusiastic team player with a proactive attitude toward emerging security trends.
