Chief Financial Officer

About the role

The Chief Financial Officer is a key member of the Executive Leadership Team, reporting directly to the CEO. You will lead Finance and IT across all entities of Exolon Group, driving performance, governance and value creation while linking financial results to operational reality.

Key responsibilities

• Own group financial performance (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow) and turn data into forward‑looking insights.
• Strengthen governance, internal controls and compliance across a multi‑entity, international setup.
• Lead accounting, controlling, tax and treasury functions, building a high‑performing, data‑disciplined team.
• Manage liquidity, financing strategy and cash/working‑capital performance in close collaboration with operations and sales.
• Define and execute the IT strategy, overseeing ERP selection and implementation, and enhance data architecture, analytics and AI adoption.

Required profile

• 10+ years of finance leadership experience, preferably in an industrial, international environment.
• Proven track record in performance management and business partnering.
• Strong people‑leadership skills with experience managing multi‑site teams and driving transformation.
• Affinity for ERP systems, data and digital tools; Master’s degree in Finance, Economics or related field.
• M&A experience is a plus; hands‑on, pragmatic and results‑driven leadership style.
