About the role

TMC is seeking an experienced Facilities Project Manager to lead integrated technical projects within its Facilities department in Brussels. The role covers the full project lifecycle, from initiation through delivery, ensuring alignment with business objectives, operational needs, budget, and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage all phases of facilities‑related projects, from scope definition to hand‑over.
• Coordinate with internal departments such as Prevention, Biosafety, Operations, Procurement, and Finance.
• Prepare administrative documentation, technical specifications, and tender documents.
• Analyze supplier offers, support contractor selection, and organize project execution.
• Monitor project planning, risk, budget, and financial performance.
• Maintain project documentation, maintenance procedures, and ensure compliance with quality, environmental, and (bio)safety standards.
• Lead regular progress meetings with stakeholders and coordinate subcontractors throughout the project lifecycle.

Required profile

• Engineering degree (Industrial Engineering, Civil Engineering or equivalent) with a strong technical background in facilities environments.
• Proven experience in electricity, HVAC, mechanical systems and renovation or technical improvement projects.
• Good understanding of quality, environmental and biosafety regulations.
• Ability to work autonomously across multiple sites in Brussels.
• Strong bilingual communication skills in Dutch and French.
