Channel Activation Manager

About the role

Pierre Fabre Laboratories, a global pharma and dermo-cosmetics group, is looking for a Channel Activation Manager. The role maximises the effectiveness of retail activation across pharmacy, parapharmacy and e-retail channels by defining activation plans, running in-store excellence programmes, managing POSM and visibility, measuring ROI and improving performance continuously.

Key responsibilities

• Build the channel activation strategy and annual calendar aligned with commercial objectives, translating brand plans into retail programmes (visibility, launches, seasonal pushes, in-store storytelling)
• Own Perfect Store/RISE standards, rollout and tracking, and work with Sales on field deployment, coaching and execution
• Define POSM strategy and briefs, manage suppliers and quality/lead times, and ensure compliant KV/claims execution in-store
• Define activation KPIs and measure ROI with BI/NRM, recommending continuous improvement
• Coordinate with Marketing on messages and content, and with Sales on field execution; for e-retail, align with eKAM/eRetail on digital shelf and retail media inputs where applicable

Required profile

• 3 to 5+ years of experience in Marketing, Trade Marketing, Shopper Marketing or Retail Activation
• Strong execution discipline, project management and stakeholder management, leading through influence
• Fluent Dutch, French and English
