Change Manager – Regulatory Intelligence Transformation

About the role

The Communication & Change Management Lead will drive the large‑scale transformation of the Regulatory Intelligence function. You will be responsible for guiding the adoption of new processes and technologies across the organization, ensuring stakeholders are engaged and ready for change.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive change management strategy for new Regulatory Intelligence processes and systems.
• Assess organisational impacts across functions and stakeholder groups, identifying risks and mitigation plans.
• Track change readiness and adoption metrics, reporting progress to leadership.
• Partner with senior leaders and cross‑functional teams to engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Facilitate workshops and feedback sessions to capture concerns and refine the change approach.
• Create and deliver a multi‑channel communication plan, including presentations, FAQs and audience‑specific materials.
• Design, coordinate and deliver training programmes and learning assets.
• Monitor adoption trends, analyse feedback and recommend continuous improvements.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in change management or communications, preferably in enterprise‑wide implementations.
• Proven track record of managing complex change initiatives.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; French is a plus.
• Strong facilitation and stakeholder‑engagement abilities.
• Experience in regulatory affairs or related sectors is advantageous.
