Campaigner – Digital & Political Campaigns

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Campaigner to design, launch and manage digital political campaigns that amplify left‑wing priorities across the EU. You will turn policy positions into compelling stories, mobilise supporters, and shape public debate through social media and grassroots actions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop creative campaign strategies targeting specific audiences together with the social‑media team.
• Plan and execute public actions that feed digital and social‑media content.
• Integrate campaign narratives with broader organisational storytelling.
• Build and sustain partnerships with key stakeholders and allies.
• Create and manage mailing lists, digital supporter databases and audience segmentation.
• Produce, edit and publish audio‑video material for campaign use.
• Generate content for multiple communication channels.
• Track performance metrics, analyse data with analytics tools and recommend improvements.

Required profile

• Strong political affinity for left‑wing values and deep knowledge of EU policy debates.
• 3‑5 years of experience in fast‑paced communications, digital campaigning or political communications.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with a talent for persuasive political messaging.
• Data‑savvy mindset, comfortable with audience segmentation, performance tracking and reporting.
• Ability to collaborate across teams, work under pressure and adapt quickly.
