Campaign Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Campaign Manager to turn strategy into well‑orchestrated digital campaigns that drive brand impact and B2B lead generation. You will join a marketing team of around 20 professionals and work closely with colleagues in content, design, performance marketing, community management and marketing automation.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, plan and coordinate digital campaigns aligned with brand‑building and lead‑generation objectives.
• Translate business goals into clear briefings, KPIs and deliverables, ensuring stakeholder alignment from the start.
• Set up and manage lead‑generation campaigns across multiple digital channels and collaborate on lead‑nurturing flows with sales and automation teams.
• Challenge media strategies, optimise targeting, budget allocation, channel selection and creative performance.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyse results and implement data‑driven optimisations while maintaining brand consistency.

Required profile

• Proven experience in digital campaign management, preferably in a B2B environment.
• Strong ability to create campaign briefs, set KPIs and align stakeholders.
• Analytical mindset with a focus on performance optimisation.
• Comfortable challenging media buying decisions constructively.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
