Calibration Engineer – MCU/e-Drive Systems

About the role

We are looking for a Calibration Engineer to join Amaris Consulting’s Engineering team, focusing on MCU and e‑Drive system calibration in an international, dynamic environment.

Key responsibilities

• Perform calibration work packages for MCU/e‑Drive systems using dedicated equipment and processes.
• Fine‑tune parameters, validate control strategies, and ensure optimal performance, efficiency, and reliability of the Motor Control Unit/e‑Drive system.
• Define and execute test plans to calibrate and validate the e‑Drive system under various operating conditions and test setups, including e‑Drive test benches, transmission test benches, chassis dynamometers, and vehicles.
• Conduct objective and subjective drivability assessments supported by data acquisition systems.
• Manage calibration data and documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
