Buyer – Procurement of Electronic Materials

About the role

EVS is seeking a proactive Buyer to join its Procurement team. You will be responsible for sourcing and purchasing electronic raw materials, building strong supplier relationships, and ensuring cost‑effective, high‑quality supply continuity.

Key responsibilities

• Create and follow up on purchase orders, ensuring timely delivery for direct procurement.
• Manage purchase requisitions, negotiate terms, and convert them into purchase orders.
• Set up and maintain the purchase catalog within the Kees ERP system.
• Monitor ESG progress and update related documentation.
• Oversee electronic component sourcing, guaranteeing delivery schedules are met.
• Respect workflow approvals and ensure purchase procedures are correctly applied.
• Maintain up‑to‑date documentation on SharePoint.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
• 3‑5 years of procurement experience, preferably in the electronic market.
• Strong attention to detail, customer‑oriented mindset, and ability to work autonomously.
• Excellent communication skills in French and English.
• Team player with a challenger and negotiator attitude, open to continuous learning.
