Business Manager

About the role

Intys is looking for an entrepreneurial Business Manager to build, lead and grow an independent business line within its fast‑growing consulting group. You will act as a mini‑CEO, driving revenue, managing client relationships and developing a high‑performing consulting team.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement a business development strategy aligned with Intys’ consulting approach.
• Acquire and nurture a personal client portfolio through networking and commercial activities.
• Recruit, develop and lead a team of consultants to deliver projects end‑to‑end.
• Ensure service delivery meets client expectations, quality standards and business objectives.
• Monitor and optimise profitability and business performance of your line.

Required profile

• Master’s degree.
• Fluent in English, French and Dutch.
• Strong leadership and management capabilities.
• Results‑driven, client‑focused and able to make quick decisions.
• Curious, ambitious, resilient and proactive problem‑solver.
• Dynamic personality with excellent interpersonal skills.
