About the role
The Business Manager will oversee all core functions of the organization, including finance, operations, payroll, and human‑resource administration. The successful candidate will drive growth, ensure operational efficiency, and support staff development.
Key responsibilities
- Select, hire, and supervise staff across all business areas.
- Coordinate orientation for new employees and manage ongoing training for existing staff.
- Implement pricing strategies and steer the business toward aggressive growth targets.
- Monitor operational performance, identify issues, and lead resolution efforts.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in business management.
- Proven ability in budget preparation, staff development, and training.
- Strong reasoning ability and independent judgment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
