Business Manager

About the role

Engibex, a dynamic Belgian consulting firm specialized in engineering and R&D, is looking for a Business Manager to lead and grow a new business unit within its Brussels office. This entrepreneurial position offers the chance to shape commercial strategy, build a client portfolio, and manage a team of consultants.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a business development strategy aligned with Engibex’s growth objectives.
• Identify, acquire, and nurture a solid portfolio of customers.
• Organise and coordinate commercial relationships with partners and clients.
• Secure the resources needed to meet client goals.
• Lead and mentor a team of consultants.
• Monitor and report on the financial performance of the business unit.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Engineering, Commercial Sciences or General Management.
• 0‑4 years of professional experience.
• Native Dutch or French speaker with fluent English; additional language is a plus.
• Strong affinity for technology and a proactive, persuasive communication style.
• Ability to work autonomously, set priorities, and collaborate as a team player.
• Hands‑on problem‑solving attitude and motivation to achieve ambitious goals.
