Business Manager

About the role

AGAD Technology is expanding its presence in Belgium and seeks a Business Manager to drive growth. The role blends business development, client relationship management, and consultant oversight within the IT staffing and consulting market.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage a personal client portfolio, identifying new opportunities and building long‑term partnerships.
• Meet decision‑makers to understand their IT staffing and consulting needs and negotiate commercial agreements and daily rates.
• Collaborate with recruitment teams to select suitable consultants, ensure their retention, and support career development.
• Anticipate project renewals, generate new business opportunities, and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
• Manage revenue and margin targets, track KPIs, and contribute to AGAD’s overall growth strategy.

Required profile

• Proven experience in IT consulting, staffing, recruitment, or professional services.
• Strong commercial mindset with a hunter mentality.
• Comfortable communicating with both business and technical stakeholders.
• Entrepreneurial spirit, autonomy, and excellent negotiation skills.
• Fluent in English and French; Dutch is a strong asset.
